Dance
Whether I'm stressed out after a long day, feeling lethargic, or full of energy, dance has helped me to connect with my body and regulate my nervous system. The incredible amount of support that I've found through the dance community has made dance an essential part of my life. We come together to share the highs and lows of life, lift each other up, and most importantly - have fun!
I fell so in love with dance that I became a certified Zumba instructor, and I'm thrilled that I get to share the joy of dance and community with others.
